About
Black Bear Barbers started as a Pop Up barber shop hosted at the Bear Inn, Wiveliscombe. However in June 2022 we moved into our own premises and can now be found @8 The Square, Wiveliscombe . We are a thriving local business serving the community in Wiveliscombe and surrounding areas.
Claire is the owner and resident barber at Black Bear Barbers. She is trained in all cutting techniques, beard trimming and wet shaving.
Claire has trained locally with some of the top barbers in the area. She has also completed several master classes with the nationally acclaimed London School of Barbering in fades and wet shaving.
Claire made it through to the final round of the hair and beauty award 2023 in the barber of the year competition and placed in the top 10.
Ethan is the other team member at Black Bear Barbers. He has also trained locally, again with some of the top barbers in the area. He is trained in all cutting techniques and beard trimming.
Both Claire and Ethan are very experienced in providing luxury barbering services and both are in high demand. It is always best to book an appointment, however walk in appointments are also available.
